What you will do

• Lead accounting analysis and conclusions for complex transactions including M&A, partnerships/JVs, debt/equity, and leases.
• Oversee the preparation and review of accounting position papers and technical memos for audit and internal use.
• Partner with FP&A, Legal, and Corporate Development on the accounting implications of strategic initiatives and transactions.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors on all technical accounting topics.
• Maintain and enhance company-wide accounting policies to ensure consistency across Clinical and Technology segments.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of three professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred) and CPA certification required.
• 8-12+ years of accounting experience, with Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, specifically in business combinations, consolidations, and stock-based compensation.
• Experience supporting financial reporting in a complex organization; public company/SEC experience preferred.
• Proven ability to research, document, and clearly communicate complex accounting issues to senior leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
