What you will do

  • Establish and manage strong relationships with potential publisher partners in Japan and beyond to adopt hirify.global’s monetization solution.
  • Own end-to-end pipeline management: lead generation, outreach, and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on onboarding and growing existing clients.
  • Track activities and pipeline in the CRM and prepare customized sales presentations.
  • Attend events to meet potential clients and gather partner needs and industry trends for internal alignment.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in tech sales, preferably in adtech or mobile advertising, with a proven track record.
  • Strong understanding of adtech KPIs such as CPI, eCPM, CPC, and ARPDAU.
  • Native Japanese speaker with proficient English for an international English-speaking team.
  • Expertise with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Experience using a CRM and a revenue/output-driven mindset.
  • Ability to win T1 and T2 enterprise clients in Japan.
