TL;DR

Senior Director, Strategy & Business Development (CPG): Defining and delivering the US long-term growth agenda with an accent on portfolio direction, M&A, and cross-functional leadership. Focus on translating macro trends into strategic actions and leading end-to-end due diligence for potential acquisitions.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or able to work from White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO (minimum 3 days per week in office).

Salary: $180,000 – $240,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the development of the US portfolio strategy and identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
  • Drive decision-making for the US Leadership Team through critical initiatives with disciplined governance.
  • Manage end-to-end due diligence for potential acquisitions, including business model development and transaction documentation.
  • Translate consumer shifts, macro trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategic plans.
  • Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align priorities and drive enterprise-wide change.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Consulting, Strategy, or CPG leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial model development, M&A, and leading large strategic assessments.
  • Experience pulling and analyzing syndicated data (Circana, SPINS, Nielsen).
  • Ability to work from either the White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO offices.
