Location: Remote (US); candidates near San Francisco are welcome to work hybrid.

Compensation: $200K – $250K + Equity

What you will do

• Design scalable, AI-enabled processes across the full commercial lifecycle, including customer, vendor, and partner agreements.
• Manage commercial mechanics such as pricing, discounting, usage-based AI billing, and deal desk approval workflows.
• Develop playbooks and escalation criteria to enable sales teams to resolve standard redlines independently.
• Drive security and compliance certifications, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP.
• Implement and optimize AI tools for contract review, redlining, and risk-flagging to compress cycle times.
• Serve as a strategic partner for financing, M&A transactions, diligence, and international market entry.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of experience in business operations, deal desk, legal operations, or contract management.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS and high-growth startup environments.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset focused on building scalable, repeatable processes.
• AI-native approach to productivity and operational leverage.

Nice to have

• JD or equivalent legal training with commercial and corporate law expertise.
• Deep understanding of deal economics, packaging, and revenue mechanics.
• Direct experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP certifications.
• Prior exposure to M&A or financing transactions.
