TL;DR

Sr. Corporate Development Manager (Fintech): Leading the end-to-end corporate development agenda including acquisitions and strategic partnerships to build the trust engine for agentic commerce with an accent on M&A infrastructure and inorganic growth. Focus on executing high-impact transactions, developing build/buy/partner frameworks, and integrating acquired companies to accelerate long-term strategy.

Location: Hybrid (New York, US). Team members are expected to work from the office at least three days per week.

Salary: $190,000 – $234,000 annually + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end corporate development agenda, focusing on acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and data monetization.
  • Build and maintain M&A playbooks, including due diligence processes and post-merger integration templates.
  • Develop build/buy/partner frameworks aligned with product roadmaps, AI strategy, and long-term vision.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential acquisitions and acquihires, developing investment theses and strategic rationales.
  • Collaborate with Finance on valuation, financial modeling, and return analysis to support decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional post-acquisition integration planning and execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or private equity.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end M&A and partnership processes.
  • Experience in high-growth tech environments, preferably fintech, fraud prevention, payments, or AI/ML.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation, and business case development.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
  • Must be based in New York or able to work from the New York office in a hybrid model.
