What you will do

  • Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities and new builds to drive impact for members and partners.
  • Own the end-to-end build and execution of new initiatives, acting as a de facto GM from concept to scale.
  • Develop tools and processes to create a repeatable launch function for evaluating business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, clinical, growth, and finance teams to assess and implement ideas.
  • Build detailed business cases, validate market needs, and drive short-term performance and long-term sustainability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling complex business lines from the ground up.
  • Background in consulting, investing, or corporate strategy combined with healthcare operating experience.
  • Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling and market entry analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging effectively with C-suite executives.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • MBA or equivalent experience, specifically with P&L ownership or business unit leadership.
  • Significant experience working in oncology value-based care.
  • Industry expertise at the intersection of oncology and pharma/life sciences.
  • Experience supporting or leading healthcare M&A and due diligence processes.
