Salary: $150,000 - $185,000

What you will do

• Manage the company's operating rhythm, including annual and quarterly planning and KPI reporting.
• Lead high-priority strategic projects in close partnership with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and leadership team.
• Build and improve operational processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Serve as a force multiplier for the CEO and Chief of Staff, ensuring clarity and alignment on top priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategic problem-solving, specifically in management consulting, investment banking, or early-stage startups.
• Proven ability to break down unstructured problems into actionable solutions and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights from complex data.
• High ownership mentality and a track record of delivering operational initiatives with detail orientation.
• Interest and/or experience working in the U.S. healthcare system.
