TL;DR

VP, Global Revenue Operations and Enablement (B2B SaaS): Leading global field operations, sales enablement, and strategic GTM alignment to scale an enterprise fraud prevention platform with an accent on operational excellence and forecasting rigor. Focus on boosting sales productivity, optimizing the deal desk, and building scalable enablement frameworks across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based near New York, US (minimum 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $300,000 - $330,000 annually + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Own global revenue operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to ensure operational rigor throughout the GTM lifecycle.
  • Drive bookings forecast accuracy and pipeline management through data-driven inspection frameworks and executive reporting.
  • Optimize sales productivity via customer segmentation, territory design, and capacity modeling.
  • Lead the global deal desk to accelerate deal execution, pricing strategy, and contracting optimization.
  • Build and scale global sales enablement programs covering onboarding, product releases, and competitive positioning.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing global Revenue Operations and Enablement team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Operations and/or Sales Enablement at scale.
  • Proven track record of managing and coaching teams of 10+ members.
  • Exceptional analytical and operational skills with strong executive-level communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with GTM executives to drive productivity and predictability.
