Salary: $60,000.00–$130,000.00 target first-year income

What you will do
- Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate company products and services to independent and franchise dealership management.
- Identify sales prospects, contact assigned accounts, and follow up on leads and referrals from field activity.
- Develop, maintain, and grow dealer partners within the assigned area, managing your own dealer base.
- Train dealers on current programs, including fast funding requirements, through phone and in-person visits.
- Provide loan solutions by rehashing/restructuring vehicle loans for profitable approval for both Westlake and dealerships.
- Support sales contract preparation by educating dealers on proper verification requirements; participate in marketing events (seminars, trade shows, telemarketing).
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (required).
- 1–2 years of previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success.
- College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques; strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
- Ability to travel locally and possession of a valid state driver’s license.
