Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).

Salary: $53,000 - $65,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

  • Source highly-qualified opportunities through proactive outreach to assigned retail accounts.
  • Strategize cross-functionally with sales, channel, and marketing teams to develop effective prospecting plans.
  • Research accounts to identify key players and uncover business problems within large enterprises.
  • Deliver compelling written and verbal messages to generate interest from Finance, eCommerce, and Payments executives.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer needs and articulate value propositions.
  • Provide insights into organizational structures to identify and engage decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York and able to work in a hybrid model.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6-12 months of previous business experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid technical aptitude and interest in e-commerce solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting monthly and quarterly quotas.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Common Room, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience using AI to automate outbound prospecting processes.
