What you will do

• Build and optimize complex financial models from scratch to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate top-line forecasts into headcount requirements and financial targets.
• Manage Tech operating expense controls, including monthly forecasts and annual long-range planning.
• Develop and track cost management processes and productivity projects.
• Create comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, and resource requirements.
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to inform business objectives and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance or Operational FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Expertise in forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Must be based in the United States for hybrid work in Chicago.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CPA certification.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Hyperion Essbase, or EPBCS.
• Ability to build automated dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and R&D/Tech labor capitalization (CapEx vs. OpEx).
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
