What you will do

• Own the FP&A cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and actuals for global commercial operating expenses.
• Build and maintain financial models that drive clarity and speed for business partners.
• Deliver monthly KPI-driven variance analysis packages to executive business leaders.
• Partner with commercial leaders on spend and investment decisions to surface tradeoffs and risks.
• Develop scalable dashboards and reporting infrastructure using Power BI.
• Implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and improve forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, SQL, or similar data environments.
• Fluency or strong appetite for AI and automation tools.
