Salary: $131,380 - $210,210 USD

What you will do
- Support multi-year financial planning and long-term strategic outlooks for the organization.
- Conduct exit-rate, run-rate, and bridge analyses to inform enterprise-level decisions.
- Develop executive-level reporting and high-impact materials for the CFO and Board of Directors.
- Partner with Finance leadership to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives and financial analysis as urgent priorities arise.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate strategy, or investor relations.
- Proven experience within a SaaS or technology-enabled company.
- Expertise in building robust financial models and reporting using Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and operating principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Must be based in the US (Boston, MA or Houston, TX).
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with FP&A tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience preparing financial materials for Board or executive-level presentations.
- Exposure to capital planning or M&A-related analysis.
- Strong financial storytelling and executive communication skills.
