What you will do

• Support multi-year financial planning and long-term strategic outlooks for the organization.
• Conduct exit-rate, run-rate, and bridge analyses to inform enterprise-level decisions.
• Develop executive-level reporting and high-impact materials for the CFO and Board of Directors.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives and financial analysis as urgent priorities arise.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate strategy, or investor relations.
• Proven experience within a SaaS or technology-enabled company.
• Expertise in building robust financial models and reporting using Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and operating principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Must be based in the US (Boston, MA or Houston, TX).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with FP&A tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience preparing financial materials for Board or executive-level presentations.
• Exposure to capital planning or M&A-related analysis.
• Strong financial storytelling and executive communication skills.
