TL;DR
Strategic Finance (Fintech): Building and owning high-accuracy financial and operational models to optimize resource allocation and drive strategic decisions with an accent on KPI development and cross-functional planning. Focus on automating finance workflows, designing scalable GTM processes, and translating strategy into execution.
Location: Hybrid in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. Relocation support available to NYC or SF.
Salary: $104,000 – $192,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Build and own high-accuracy financial and operational models.
- Use data to influence strategic decisions across Product, GTM, and business leadership.
- Lead planning analyses for cross-functional teams, evaluating tradeoffs across growth and resourcing.
- Identify and develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and communicate insights.
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability.
- Manage bi-annual budgeting, headcount planning, and overall company performance against targets.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, VC/PE, or Corporate Finance at a top-tier tech company.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.
- Excellent financial modeling and quantitative/data analysis skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing relationships with internal and external partners.
- High degree of autonomy and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Expertise with Looker, SQL, and/or Python.
- Systems thinking approach to designing reliable and scalable processes.
- Curiosity or prior experience with AI tools.
