What you will do

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for EOR services across diverse APAC markets.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on cross-border employment, terminations, and local labor standards to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Operations to influence international product-market fit and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage high-value accounts in partnership with Customer Success to address sophisticated, territory-specific needs.
  • Act as the final internal escalation point for high-liability HR and compliance inquiries.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities by guiding customers through the complexities of scaling in new markets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing international HR role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing complex customer-facing issues specifically in the EOR space.
  • Deep expertise in APAC regulatory environments and employment compliance.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic conversations and solving open-ended, high-risk problems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to multiple countries/regions.
  • Multilingual fluency.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, and Notion.
