Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

What you will do

  • Lead the HR and compliance workstream to ensure seamless integration of regulatory requirements into client workforce solutions.
  • Ensure every client implementation meets the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
  • Bridge the gap between legal obligations and business operations to help clients navigate complex employment law landscapes.
  • Collaborate across departments to maintain positive client relationships and enable scalable growth.
  • Oversee workforce risk management and regulatory adherence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience with in-depth knowledge of US federal, state, and local employment laws (discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, FMLA, ADA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience ensuring compliance with agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and OSHA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS (UKG Ready preferred).
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
