Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 yearly

What you will do
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights and deliver executive-ready presentations for leadership.
- Design and implement sales training programs to improve seller capability and product knowledge.
- Lead the development of centralized knowledge resources using SharePoint and Highspot to enable scalable sharing.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Product to align programs with business priorities.
- Develop engaging instructional materials, including custom graphics, videos, and interactive content.
- Own program management and lead end-user training and "train-the-trainer" initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a professional advertising, agency, tech, media, or marketing environment.
- Strong knowledge of the media industry and the sales process.
- Significant expertise in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Forms, and Word).
- High level of understanding of AI business tools and Copilot to drive business impact.
- Must be based in New York, NY, and able to work from the office at least 4 days per week.
