TL;DR

MuleSoft Account Executive (SaaS): Driving go-to-market strategy and leading complex sales cycles for an integration platform with an accent on strategic business outcomes and customer success. Focus on hunting greenfield territories and managing high-growth engagements within the Commercial or Enterprise segments.

Location: Must be based in Germany (Munich, Dusseldorf, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg). Remote options available within the country.

What you will do

  • Own and drive the go-to-market strategy for your assigned territory.
  • Lead the full sales cycle to deliver strategic business outcomes and long-term growth.
  • Work within a cross-functional team to ensure customer success.
  • Hunt greenfield opportunities and build the business from the ground up.
  • Manage accounts in either the Commercial (200-4500 employees) or Enterprise (5000+ employees) segments.

Requirements

  • Business fluency in both German and English.
  • Proven track record of overachievement in quota-carrying software sales.
  • For Enterprise roles: 10+ years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales.
  • For Commercial roles: 5+ years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in the field.
  • Experience leading complex and commercially significant sales to IT and business leaders.
  • Consultative, outcome-based approach to sales.
