Location: Must be based in Germany (Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, München, or Stuttgart) with hybrid work options.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic prospecting and discovery to identify business challenges and align solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Communicate value propositions effectively, demonstrating clear ROI to decision-makers.
  • Build and nurture relationships at all levels, from operational teams to C-suite.
  • Analyze customer needs and identify potential areas for improvement in existing accounts.
  • Drive cross- and upselling with revenue responsibility, including cloud transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English required.
  • 1-4+ years of experience in full sales cycle or key account management.
  • Technical affinity and strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to learn and strong team spirit.
  • Must be based in or able to work from one of the specified German office locations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sales within target industries: Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience in SaaS sales.
