Location: Hybrid role based in Munich, with remote options available within the EU.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic prospecting and discovery to identify business challenges and align solutions.
  • Acquire mid-sized clients (up to 1,000 employees) across various industries.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Communicate value propositions and demonstrate clear ROI to decision-makers.
  • Build and nurture relationships at all levels, from operational teams to C-suite.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Legal and Pre-Sales to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  • Proven sales professionalism with experience in structured methodologies like MEDDICC, SPIN, or Challenger.
  • End-to-end deal ownership experience in complex sales cycles.
  • Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English are required.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Swiss target market is essential.
  • Analytical and conceptual strength to translate customer processes into solutions.
  • Ability to guide customers through a structured buying journey.
