What you will do

• Drive new business acquisition across the DACH region targeting mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract signature.
• Lead complex sales discussions with senior security, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to grow relationships within strategic target accounts.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver technical workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
• Represent the company at regional cybersecurity events and industry forums.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (cybersecurity, infrastructure, or complex software).
• German: native or near-native proficiency required.
• English: fluent proficiency required.
• Must be currently residing in the DACH region.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Ability to discuss security and cloud concepts with technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Swiss German and/or French language skills.
• Experience in regulated industries such as finance, insurance, or pharma.
