Location: Must be based in North America (supports in-studio in Orange County, CA, hybrid, or fully remote)

Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the daily link between players, regional partners, and the development team to build trust and open dialogue.
• Represent the studio on-camera through developer streams, community updates, and social content.
• Manage and grow the studio's presence across Reddit, Discord, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Produce on-brand posts and updates in collaboration with creative services and multimedia personnel.
• Execute international communication strategies for game patches, updates, and content drops.
• Monitor community health and trends using analytics tools to provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing communities for live or shipped games, ideally within AAA development pipelines.
• Confident, natural on-camera presence for streaming and video content.
• Proven experience creating social and community content in an established brand voice.
• Proficiency with monitoring and analytics tools such as Sprout, Brandwatch, Meltwater, or Discord insights.
• Must be based in North America.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an approachable and authentic style.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OBS, video editing tools, or Unreal Sequencer.
• Background in influencer/creator partnerships or social campaigns.
• Experience moderating high-volume Discord or Reddit communities.
