Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead product marketing strategy and GTM planning, including positioning, messaging, and audience definition.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns across social, influencer, PR, CRM, and paid media.
• Oversee community programming, including content, events, livestreams, and platform engagement strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team across product marketing and community functions.
• Synthesize community feedback, sentiment, and data to represent the voice of the player to internal stakeholders.
• Improve operational processes and align regional strategies with global teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or community management (gaming preferred).
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Deep knowledge of the online gaming market (PC/console/mobile) and games-as-a-service models.
• Proven success leading cross-functional campaign planning and stakeholder alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Location: Must be based in El Segundo, CA for a hybrid work model (2-3x weekly office attendance)

• Experience with Discord, forums, and community management tools.
• Professional livestreaming content experience.
