What you will do

  • Strategize and execute integrated demand generation campaigns to achieve sales goals for the mid-market segment.
  • Manage the end-to-end webinar program, including speaker coordination, technical setup, and promotion.
  • Develop and optimize email nurture sequences to progress top-funnel leads to MQLs.
  • Collaborate with sales, SDRs, and product marketing to ensure messaging alignment across direct and partner channels.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and pipeline pacing to stakeholders.
  • Document processes and project management workflows using tools like Confluence and Monday.com.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to build and optimize multi-channel campaigns including email, paid media, and events.
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for marketing funnel metrics and campaign attribution.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills for partnering with sales and operations teams.

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology marketing.
  • Understanding of multiple sales channels including direct, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
