What you will do
- Strategize and execute integrated demand generation campaigns to achieve sales goals for the mid-market segment.
- Manage the end-to-end webinar program, including speaker coordination, technical setup, and promotion.
- Develop and optimize email nurture sequences to progress top-funnel leads to MQLs.
- Collaborate with sales, SDRs, and product marketing to ensure messaging alignment across direct and partner channels.
- Track and report on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and pipeline pacing to stakeholders.
- Document processes and project management workflows using tools like Confluence and Monday.com.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Proven ability to build and optimize multi-channel campaigns including email, paid media, and events.
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for marketing funnel metrics and campaign attribution.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills for partnering with sales and operations teams.
Nice to have
- Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology marketing.
- Understanding of multiple sales channels including direct, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
