TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (SaaS): Designing and executing high-impact events and account-based marketing programs to grow the enterprise pipeline with an accent on ABM strategy and event ROI. Focus on partnering with enterprise sales to create tailored experiences for Tier 1 accounts and accelerating deal velocity.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto or Vancouver, Canada (Currently remote until offices are established, then transitioning to 50/50 remote/in-office split)

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 CAD base plus bonuses

What you will do

  • Own the Enterprise marketing pipeline number and manage the marketing budget to ensure measurable ROI.
  • Design and execute targeted experiences, including executive dinners, roadshows, partner events, and virtual events.
  • Partner with enterprise sales leaders to align field marketing programs with Tier 1 account and territory priorities.
  • Collaborate with events and customer marketing teams to support flagship programs and drive expansion within existing accounts.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and onsite execution.
  • Build detailed reports on program ROI, account engagement, and pipeline acceleration for leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in field marketing or ABM for enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record of designing events tied directly to account strategies.
  • Strong project and budget management skills with the ability to run multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo (or equivalent), and experience working with intent data.
  • Must be based in Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC to support the hybrid work model.
