Salary: $160,650 – $189,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the overarching demand generation strategy and execute high-impact marketing programs to achieve revenue targets.
  • Own the design and buildout of attribution and measurement infrastructure, lead qualification models, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Develop and manage pipeline forecasts, measuring and optimizing the impact of marketing programs.
  • Plan, execute, and manage the budget for paid campaigns.
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and pipeline coverage.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably at a high-growth SaaS, open source, or developer tools company.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Analytically proficient and hands-on with strong experience in HubSpot (workflows, campaigns, nurture) and Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to design measurement models from scratch and make data-driven budget decisions.
  • Experience using AI as a force multiplier to increase work speed and quality.

Nice to have

  • Experience with APIs, developer-first platforms, or backend infrastructure.
  • Experience working directly with and being accountable to CEOs.
  • Early-stage or zero-to-one marketing experience, including repositioning or launching new products.
  • Leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
