Salary: $135,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AM programs, including LPBF system commissioning and factory integration.
• Define and maintain program planning artifacts such as WBS, IMS, risk registers, and EVM reporting.
• Lead process qualification efforts and establish production baselines for qualified output standards.
• Drive automation and subsystem integration across AM production cells.
• Manage CapEx budgets for facility buildouts and coordinate with external contractors.
• Act as the primary technical interface for aerospace and defense customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of TPM experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with metal additive manufacturing process development and equipment qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorizations.
• Proven track record of taking complex manufacturing systems to production-grade reliability.
