Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of onboarding and implementation packages via enablement workshops and tailored customer engagements.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for troubleshooting, investigating bugs, and providing product feedback.
• Design and implement data modeling strategies and create architecture diagrams for hirify.global setups and ingestion pipelines.
• Guide customers on data ingestion automation and orchestration using tools like GitHub Actions and Argo.
• Create customer-facing learning guides, walkthroughs, and best-practice documentation.
• Facilitate technical workshops for engineering, platform, and leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Architecture.
• Hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools via APIs, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems including CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud providers, and observability.
• Proficiency with JSON and YAML; knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus.
• Must be based in the US, ideally within the Pacific Time Zone (PST).
