What you will do

• Provide project leadership for ongoing operations, process improvements, and client deliverables.
• Oversee proposal development and ensure methodological soundness and quality of work products.
• Direct data processing and analytics teams producing executive dashboards, field reports, and scorecards.
• Manage client relationships, project finances, and SOW drafting.
• Mentor and motivate diverse, global teams to foster professional growth and an inclusive environment.
• Identify firm growth opportunities and contribute to the development of new service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
• Deep experience in the life sciences/pharma industry, specifically in commercial functions.
• Strong proficiency in coding (SAS, Python, SQL) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
