Salary: $160,000–$190,000 base salary annually

What you will do

• Lead proof of concept (POC) engagements to convert prospects into production clients.
• Support the sales team by creating and maintaining demo environments and presentation materials.
• Conduct discovery meetings to map underwriting processes and identify operational enhancement opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise on ML models and implementation milestones during sales calls.
• Validate reports and presentations to quantify client ROI and demonstrate product value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to influence product development based on client feedback.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in health underwriting or actuarial roles (stop loss, pricing).
• ASA or FSA certification required.
• Commercial/employer group health experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.
• Experience in client-facing roles or supporting sales teams is preferred.
