What you will do

• Own and scale paid social programs across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Pinterest to ensure ROI-positive results.
• Execute day-to-day campaign optimization, including audience targeting and creative rotation.
• Develop structured testing roadmaps for creative formats, audience segmentation, and messaging angles.
• Manage budgets and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting based on performance data.
• Collaborate with SEO, product, lifecycle, and creative teams to optimize the conversion funnel.
• Lead the strategy for dynamic product ads and retargeting programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing paid social for DTC or ecommerce brands.
• Proven track record of managing annual budgets exceeding $20MM.
• Advanced fluency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Deep expertise in dynamic product ads, catalog optimization, and testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to distill complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY
