What you will do

• Execute all aspects of the invoicing process for assigned tier 1 and tier 2 projects.
• Collaborate with PMP certified project managers and clients to synchronize invoicing requirements.
• Set up and maintain project data integrity within the ERP system, specifically regarding revenue methods and cost tracking.
• Manage and advise on the implications of project financial inputs on ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Handle lien waivers, payment applications, and resolve client invoice inquiries for past due balances.
• Support annual audit inquiries by maintaining proper documentation throughout the year.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Accountant in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Experience with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition (highly preferred).
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically Deltek Vantagepoint or other Deltek products.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
