Staff Accountant (HealthTech)

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including vendor and retailer communications.
• Perform daily bank account reconciliations and ensure platform data synchronization with NetSuite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial data and insights for decision-making.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing processes in accordance with accounting standards.
• Support the administration and implementation of accounting software and internal controls.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of accounting experience with practical application of GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (Power Query, VBA, pivot tables).
• Experience with NetSuite, Ramp, and Bill.com.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
