What you will do

• Conduct high volume monthly billing and apply customer payments.
• Manage collections to maintain AR aging targets and prepare weekly deposits.
• Perform credit card charges and account reconciliations.
• Maintain client relationships regarding invoicing disputes and chargebacks.
• Document project completion for revenue recognition and assist with monthly closing.
• Support the Finance team with annual audits and process improvements.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an accounting environment.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in NetSuite.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
• Must be based in the US; not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
