What you will do

• Lead monthly project accounting efforts and coordinate status meetings with project managers.
• Reconcile new projects, change orders, and budget adjustments across financial trackers.
• Manage revenue recognition and ensure compliance with client contracts.
• Prepare monthly project revenue forecasts and compare them against budgets and plans.
• Handle client invoicing, track past due invoices, and manage monthly accruals.
• Mentor junior staff on client finance best practices and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
