What you will do

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports to ensure accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes and assist with audit requests.
• Manage payroll activities, including reconciliation and employee commission calculations.
• Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations by preparing and submitting timely filings.
• Support accounts receivable processes and the resolution of outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support accounting operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in SAP or other advanced ERP systems.
• Strong background in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, sumifs) and data analysis.
• Experience with ADP or other payroll platforms.
