What you will do

• Review in-flight order forms for non-standard terms and manage exception routing before Legal or provisioning.
• Conduct post-close audits of closed-won deals to ensure accuracy between Salesforce and contract data.
• Design and maintain the Deal Desk operating system, including runbooks, approval matrices, and intake workflows.
• Translate operational pain points into structured input for Engineering and RevOps to build systemic solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4-6 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related commercial function.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, including Opportunity objects, report generation, and data quality analysis.
• Experience with CLM or order form tooling such as Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or Conga.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build audit trackers and reconciliation reports.
