Salary: $75,000–$80,000

What you will do

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in Music Clubs accounts to ensure high satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Coordinate with support, service, and management teams to exceed client expectations and performance goals.
  • Manage the client database by updating profiles and tracking target dates.
  • Lead solution development tailored to client needs in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Music Clubs client matters.
  • Advise clients on hirify.global product best practices and collaborate with marketing on brand activations.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, preferably in ticketing or live entertainment.
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems, platforms, and database reporting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided).
