What you will do
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in Music Clubs accounts to ensure high satisfaction and contract renewals.
- Coordinate with support, service, and management teams to exceed client expectations and performance goals.
- Manage the client database by updating profiles and tracking target dates.
- Lead solution development tailored to client needs in collaboration with internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Music Clubs client matters.
- Advise clients on product best practices and collaborate with marketing on brand activations.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, preferably in ticketing or live entertainment.
- Proficiency in ticketing systems, platforms, and database reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided).
