What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of studio, affiliate, and syndication partnership deals with accountability for retention and optimization.
• Track partnership terms, timelines, and metrics within internal reporting and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful deal executions.
• Develop and execute co-marketing plans with external partners to drive engagement and revenue.
• Lead onboarding for new partners, guiding them through API capabilities and integration requirements.
• Identify onboarding friction points and recommend improvements to partner enablement processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, program management, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of supporting revenue-generating partnerships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Universal City, CA office.

• Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams on API-based integrations.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of affiliate monetization models and performance metrics.
