What you will do
- Convert warm leads into sales through effective influence and closing within 1–2 calls.
- Manage a pipeline of up to 20 active transactions across various stages.
- Identify customer pain points and articulate how loan products provide a solution.
- Consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize commission earnings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience (outbound call center preferred).
- Proven track record of success in commission-heavy roles.
- Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRM tools while maintaining conversation flow.
- Must be based in the state of Texas.
- Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
