Salary: $94,000 - $148,000 (base) + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Represent professional services in sales cycles, creating high-quality proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to craft customized services strategies for prospects.
  • Present the value proposition of hirify.global Professional Services to C-level executives and operational personnel.
  • Partner with Professional Services and Sales Engineering teams to scope technology solutions for scale and integrations.
  • Manage the services sales pipeline and forecast data within Salesforce.
  • Develop post-implementation sales strategies for add-on products, advisory consulting, and training services.

Requirements

  • 3 years of related hirify.global experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to engage strategically with C-level executives.
  • Experience with SOW and contracting processes.
