Salary: Base $50,000; On-Target Earnings (OTE) $100,000+

What you will do

• Prospect and close sales of Genius® POS and payment solutions for small and mid-sized merchants.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and outreach to final contract signing.
• Conduct engaging in-person and virtual product demonstrations showcasing payment and inventory tools.
• Utilize Salesforce and Atlas CRM systems to maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional hirify.global services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with District Managers to identify market opportunities and set appointments.

Requirements

• Must reside within the job posting area (Manhattan, NY).
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated "hunter" mindset with a drive for results.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of B2B, SaaS, or POS sales experience.
• Previous experience working in restaurant or retail environments.
• College degree.
