IT Intern

TL;DR

IT Intern (IT): Providing support in research, documentation, and execution of fundamental IT tasks and procedures with an accent on project coordination and system testing. Focus on maintaining quality management system standards and ensuring operational compliance within a 24/7 production environment.

Location: Must be based in Alameda, CA (On-site)

Salary: $21 – $32 / hour

What you will do

• Document meeting notes, action items, and project blockers.
• Support the team on large-scale IT projects and programs.
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes and procedures.
• Perform testing on IT systems to ensure functionality.
• Ensure departmental adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and security regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Must be able to work on-site in Alameda, CA.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and standard office tools.
