Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 USD

What you will do
- Complete support and project tickets, adhering to all processes.
- Manage desktop computers, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Handle new user onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Deploy new applications using deployment tools.
- Drive cross-team collaboration to proactively identify risks and ensure alignment.
- Maintain computer inventory and system performance.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Windows, Intune, G Suite, Office, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of computer security, anti-virus, and patch management.
- Basic knowledge of cloud services (Azure AD, Office 365, G-Suite, Atlassian etc.).
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell.
- Experience with ticketing systems and trouble resolution.
- VPN and network connectivity troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, OSI Model).
Nice to have
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in desktop/help desk support.
