What you will do

• Own strategic planning and high-velocity execution of multiple enterprise-grade programs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage complex technical dependencies across Platform, Forward Deployed Engineering, and Product teams.
• Translate deep technical complexities into actionable insights for engineers and C-suite stakeholders.
• Identify and architect mitigations for technical risks unique to enterprise AI deployment.
• Modernize agile execution frameworks using tools like Jira and Linear.
• Define and report on program health metrics and engineering bottlenecks to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a TPM or in technical leadership managing large-scale software or ML projects.
• 2+ years of experience managing programs focused on core engineering infrastructure, platform services, or distributed systems.
• Strong foundational understanding of the Generative AI lifecycle, including LLMs, fine-tuning, and performance evaluation.
• Proven track record of influencing executive-level stakeholders and translating technical challenges into business impact.
• Advanced proficiency with iterative development methodologies and modern project management tooling.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Prior professional experience as a software engineer or data developer.
• Success in driving internal adoption of technical platforms, SDKs, or APIs.
• Experience with data quality pipelines, LLM-as-a-judge frameworks, or automated RLHF systems.
