What you will do

• Develop and maintain complex 3D structural models in Revit from sketches or engineering data.
• Produce complete structural drawing sets for steel and concrete systems compliant with standards.
• Manage workloads independently, performing self-checks for accuracy before QA.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and other disciplines for model integration.
• Advance design automation and emerging BIM technologies for efficiency.
• Support team needs in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Must reside within 50 miles of Phoenix/Tempe area for hybrid schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent; CADD coursework.
• Minimum 2 years structural drafting/design experience; 1 year Revit.
• Strong skills in structural plans for steel/concrete; proficient in Revit.
• Excellent communication for fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in CADD or related.
• 3+ years Revit experience.
• Experience with industrial facilities or advanced manufacturing plants.
• Familiarity with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
