What you will do

• Perform structural analysis and design for traditional steel and concrete structures.
• Ensure compliance with IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC codes, focusing on wind and seismic lateral analysis.
• Utilize Navisworks and Bluebeam to validate designs and coordinate with 3D modeling teams.
• Take ownership of assigned work scopes, ensuring deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate structural requirements with other engineering disciplines for seamless facility integration.
• Conduct QA/QC self-checks and perform peer calculation reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis); Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE/PEng) license is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proven experience with US building codes and seismic design.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and BIM coordination tools (Navisworks).
• Ability to provide reliable internet service to meet remote project performance requirements.
