What you will do

• Act as the external voice for clinical and healthcare economic information (HCEI) presenting to payers, PBMs, and health systems.
• Translate clinical data and RWE findings into payer-relevant value narratives to inform coverage and reimbursement decisions.
• Develop and disseminate value materials, including AMCP dossiers and economic framework discussions.
• Partner with Market Access and Medical Affairs to align external payer insights with integrated evidence plans.
• Provide market feedback to inform RWE prioritization and identify evidence gaps.
• Maintain scientific and business relationships with payer stakeholders within the oncology access landscape.

Requirements

• Doctoral-level degree (PharmD, PhD, MD/DO, or equivalent scientific/clinical degree).
• 5-10 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience in Market Access, HEOR, or Medical Affairs.
• Must be based in the United States (Any State).
• Oncology experience is required; NSCLC experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of US reimbursement landscapes, government payer dynamics, and oncology pathways.
• Working knowledge of HEOR methodologies, including budget impact models and cost-effectiveness frameworks.
