Salary: $214,000–$292,000 Annual

What you will do
- Set the strategic vision and define investment areas to accelerate diagnosis of respiratory conditions.
- Shape global strategy and own US tactical execution for conditions including bronchiectasis and MAC lung disease.
- Lead the identification, sizing, and prioritization of market development opportunities.
- Build, develop, and lead a specialized diagnosis and market development team.
- Develop investment cases for portfolio value creation and manage budget planning and agency partnerships.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders at the enterprise level and support Global Program Teams' objectives.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Bridgewater, NJ office (Hybrid).
- Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing.
- Proven success leading U.S. product launches in specialty or rare disease markets.
- Experience in HCP, medical, or market access roles with impact in market expansion strategies.
- Strong track record of people leadership and talent development.
- Deep understanding of FDA promotional review processes and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
