Salary: $214,000–$292,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Set the strategic vision and define investment areas to accelerate diagnosis of respiratory conditions.
  • Shape global strategy and own US tactical execution for conditions including bronchiectasis and MAC lung disease.
  • Lead the identification, sizing, and prioritization of market development opportunities.
  • Build, develop, and lead a specialized diagnosis and market development team.
  • Develop investment cases for portfolio value creation and manage budget planning and agency partnerships.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders at the enterprise level and support Global Program Teams' objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Bridgewater, NJ office (Hybrid).
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing.
  • Proven success leading U.S. product launches in specialty or rare disease markets.
  • Experience in HCP, medical, or market access roles with impact in market expansion strategies.
  • Strong track record of people leadership and talent development.
  • Deep understanding of FDA promotional review processes and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
