What you will do

• Act as a clinical and industry SME to support the Commercial team in closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop innovative, technology-enabled product offerings to address market needs and business objectives.
• Align product direction with commercial strategies and portfolio growth objectives.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences to strengthen market presence and brand credibility.
• Own the strategy for assigned product lines, defining roadmaps and driving execution.
• Support and review RFP submissions to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare.
• Minimum 8 years of industry experience leading strategic initiatives in the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing business performance.
• Expertise in delivering robust analytics use cases and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep functional knowledge in Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, DME, Transportation, Language, or Dental.
• Must be based in the United States.
